Marketing & Student recruitment Officers

A reputable university seeks to appoint ambitious and dynamic professionals for Marketing and Student Recruitment. Your primary focus is on developing and implementing effective marketing and recruitment strategies, campaigns, and events to attract and enroll high-quality students for our programs. The appointees will be pivotal in driving this work and supporting the growth of the university's student population in Ghana and across the region.

Key responsibilities include:

1. A solid grasp of the university’s product, with the ability to present it persuasively to clients and convert interest into sales.
2. Strong executive presence, with the confidence to engage senior-level prospects and turn them into qualified leads and enrolments.
3. A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
4. Ability to prepare clear, insightful monthly performance reports.
5. Self-motivation and the initiative to work effectively with minimal supervision.
6. Demonstrated sales experience in the insurance and education sectors.
7. Advising and recruiting prospective students to meet enrollment targets.
8. Advising students on program requirements, completing students' applications, and the enrollment process.
9. Developing and delivering informative presentations about NiBS programs to prospective students and applicants
10. Collaborating with faculty and administration to enhance the student experience in the recruitment process
11. Analyzing student recruitment data and providing recommendations for improvements in student recruitment processes and strategies.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Strong Marketing and Business Development skills, preferably in education, student recruitment, insurance, and other service-related settings.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with C-suite-level.
3. Have an analytical mindset to interpret data and provide data-driven insights on marketing and student recruitment initiatives.
4. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Development, or Management.
5. Thorough understanding of higher education student recruitment systems.
6. Willingness to work on a base salary and performance bonuses.
